Convert left/right track to mono

Hi. Is there any way to convert this Left track into a mono track?

Copy the contents of this track. Create a new mono track and paste the contents of the clipboard. Delete left track

It’s one channel, but there’s a distinction. A left track only plays in the left earphone, while a mono track will play in both ears

My mistake, I did not notice that you are using an ancient version of Audacity.
