Connecting two USB Mics to one computer

I heard it can be done with Audacity but that I need ASIO4ALL and to compile the source data of Audacity. Is there anyone who can help me with this? I operate on Windows 10 and I have Audacity 2.4.1. I’ll need a step-by-step (or as close to that as possible) in order to do that. I appreciate any help I can get.

Audacity isn’t an ASIO application so ASIO4ALL won’t help.

ASIO4ALL will allow you to use your (non-ASIO) USB mics with an ASIO application.

By default Windows only allows one device at a time but there are some 3rd-party solutions that may work with Audacity. VoiceMeeter or Virtual Audio Cable may work for you. (I’ve never tried those.)

What he said. Audacity will only record from one device. One USB microphone or the other.

Voicemeeter becomes a mixer and manager device, so you can record from it and it records from your other devices.

There are variations. Voicemeeter Banana, etc. I’ve never used any of them.

Let us know how it goes.
