Cloud says 'Failed to sign up'

Hello!

I’m trying to setup my audacity account, but when I try to sign up for the free cloud storage, I get an error message that simply states ‘Failed to sign up.’ No explanation. No what to do. No what went wrong.

Is there someone who can help a new person out? I tried searching the forums for this error but didn;t see anything that looked related.

I’m also unable to login. I have an existing account. I’ve tried: clearing cookies, accessing on different laptops, accessing from Chrome and Edge. Login just doesn’t seem to work right now.
