If you have View > Show clipping in waveform checked, and you are not seeing clipping in any of the individual tracks, but you do see clipping in the mixed-and-rendered track, then clipping has been created when combining the individual tracks. You will need to reduce the volume of each individual track (by the same amount) and keep trying mix-and-render until you do not see clipping.
