Changing the audio Quality?

Ubuntu 22.04.03 LTS
Audacity 2.4.2

Hello, someone sent me a voice recording that I’m currently working on for a video. However, it seems that they accidentally shifted their phone or muted their mic by placing a finger on it. I was wondering if there is a way to restore the audio using Audacity?

I have repeated the affected portion of the file three times in a row.

I had some success using Filter Curve EQ and increasing the gain by 24 dB (or more) above 3000 Hz. It’s not an exact match but it sounds a lot closer to the first part (before about 3.15 seconds). You can play around with the EQ settings until it sounds good enough to you.
