Changing a song from minor to major (or vice versa)

Hello everyone. Is there a tool or plugin within Audacity that allows me to change an audio from a major to a minor key or vice versa?

I think Change Pitch should work.

Or if it’s a small change and you can live with a corresponding speed change, Change Speed And Pitch is “simpler” and less prone to processing artifacts.

Note that these effects change EVERYTHING by the same amount (same percentage) so you can change the key, but from my limited understanding of music, changing a from a minor chord to a major cord or changing from a major scale to a minor scale, requires changing some of the notes and Audacity can’t do that.
