Chain: trim seconds from start or end

Hi,

I apologize if there is an answer to this somewhere. I searched but didn’t find it.

I want to make a chain to delete the first x seconds from the start of an audio file and delete y seconds from the end.
How in the heck is this done?
I used Audacity to do this a long time ago, but now I can’t seem to figure it out.

Thanks for the help.

You can do it using this plug-in http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Nyquist_Effect_Plug-ins#Trim_.2F_Extend
