And: Is it possible to change skins/teams?

Windows Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8: Users<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Audacity
OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/audacity/
Linux: ~/.audacity-data/

Audacity does not currently support skins or themes.

Just to note, in Audacity 2.0.6 or earlier you can change the buttons and waveform colours as described at https://forum.audacityteam.org/t/old-experimental-theme-support/36966/1
But that would mean using an older version of Audacity.
