I’m about to have cat for dinner. I was in the middle of editing a recording when my cat walked across my keyboard. After that my cursor will not set where I click it and instead the audio file starts playing from that point and the line that used to appear there as a start point, no longer shows up. I tried resetting the preferences by doing the installer again. No joy. I’ve been searching the manual for some way to fix this. Quick Play being enabled or disabled has no effect. This is on all audacity files. Please help.
