Using an alpha (not even beta) version for tasks where you need a real result is not recommended. And Audacity 4 is in a very early stage of development. As I can see from other contributions in this forum, there are even not all functions implemented which should be.
Your best choice is to use a final version of Audacity (I am using 3.6.4, but 3.7.7 is available).
For reports on alpha / beta version, you’d probably need to go to their Github or whatever site and report them there. If someone knows the correct address, please let it know to KitaitiMakoto.
