Can't select individual Audio Samples [SOLVED]

I have a problem, I can’t select individual Audio Samples one-by-one, everytime I try to select something, it selects a huge chunk of Samples(shown in picture)

Does someone have a solution for this?

You are snapping selections to milliseconds. Turn Snap To off in Selection Toolbar.
