As near as I can tell, the top track is mono—one sound channel. The tools all use the relationship between left and right to do the magic. There is no left and right.
Vocal Removal and Isolation doesn’t work with a mono sound track (one blue sound wave). The other half of that is Audacity will not split a show into individual voices, sounds and instruments. Those two are very popular requests. The solution is elusive.
Not all stereo sound tracks work, either. Vocal Removal is a sometimes thing and it depends totally on the production of the original sound.
You should see if you can find the music as a purchase or from another source.
It’s not fully possible just yet (at least if you don’t want to pay anything). A few paid solutions exist which may work for what you wanted; Check out a service called PhonicMind. It’s impressive and seems to work really well with the songs I’ve tried it on. The 2 things which may be an issue is it’s $4 per song and they’ve yet to add WAV download support… Ridiculous!

PhonicMind does a pretty good job most of the time. However, I have received so-so results in the past. The only service that seems to get it right that I know of is Song Peel (songpeel.com). The one thing that stinks about them though is that they take 24 hours to process your music! But I say it’s worth the wait considering the results.
It is also a paid service (1 song = $5). As jh90s wrote, there are several paid services, but as advertising is not permitted on this forum, I’ll close this topic now.
