Cannot record desktop Audio on Windows 10 [SOLVED]

I’m able to record microphone audio using Audacity on Windows 10, but I am only interested in recording computer output audio. I have read multiple troubleshooting practices, all of which say to do the same thing, and I have:
1.) Enabled Stereo in sound settings
2.) Set Microphone input in Audacity as Stereo Mix (Realtek High Definition Audio)
3.) Set channel to 2
4.) Switched recording method from MME to windows WASAPI

Even after these steps, hitting record and playing any sounds on my computer will result in a flat line and no sound input. Is there additional steps possible to fix this?

Select WASAPI first, then look for something that says “loopback”.

This solved the issue, thanks!
