Cannot download LAME, FFMPEG64

But there is a Cloudflare Error 1020 and it says

So how can I get the new FFMPEG working with my updated, now 64 bit version of Audacity?

LAME is no longer required as it is now built into Audacity.

A right, LAME was the thing for MP3 and FFMPEG is for other formats, right?

Yes, that link works, but the download links show me a Cloudflare error page, even though the URL stays.

I enabled sending the referer again in the browser and now it works for me too. Hate it when websites do that.
