Can I repair this choppy audio?

Hello, complete audio/video novice here.

Is this audio I recorded possible to repair? Its very choppy.

If it is how should I go about trying to do so?

Thank you for your time!

Maybe you could expand on that a bit by describing how you got to that point. I assume from the headings you are using Audacity 3 and some version of Windows. Is that right?

I apologize I might’ve put this in the wrong section.

I am using Audacity 4.0 and Windows 11

The how that audio sounds is just how the raw recording came out. The PC in question was recording and streaming simultaneously and was recording a lot of different things simultaneously and for a long period of time (was recording 3 cameras (each as an individual recording, 2 lav mics, and as an overall “Mix”) Additionally we were streaming all of those things too, though the internet ended up being very spotty and the stream was dropping frames.

I wasn’t the person manning all the original recording, I can get more details from the person who was doing so if that helps.

I’m trying to see if it is possible to use Audacity to fix that choppy audio from the original recording, or if its a lost cause.

A de-clicker plugin helps

Thank you so much. This tool is exactly what I needed. Much appreciated.
