I have files downloaded from MySpace that are filed in my RealPlayer as a .swf file.Can I use Audacity to convert these to another file extension(WMA?) or something that can be burned to a CD?
No, Audacity does not support SWF files, but there are dozens of other programs that do http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=swf+to+wav
