Bug Reports by rtausend
Here goes a list of all Bugs i encountered while useing the new beta version. (My Operating System is Fedora Linux 44 (KDE Plasma Desktop Edition) x86_64 ).
Crash
The Application crashed, when I tried to import a corrupted .wav-File. This behaviour isn’t unexpected, but it would be nice to have a safety layer trying to catch the Error and warning the User instead.
Translations
The Translations are – understandably so – very unfinished. Most of the UI is in english, but some Buttons are in german (my Locale). E.g. Spuren … + Add Track
Soloing Tracks
This Bug occured when I was playing the Timeline, i had 2 Tracks, one of them enabled Solo Button. But when starting to play, the other Track was audible also, for about 1⁄2 Second. Disabling and Enabling the Solo Function prooved not helpful, it still occured. None of the two clips were selected.
Hz Spinboxes
Creating ‚Tone‘ Clip
When I selected Erzeugen(I don’t know what the english name is) > Tone, in the Dialogue, the Spinbox ‚Frequency‘ doesn’t allow me to put a Frequency. It always reverts to 1Hz, when clicking away.
Notchfilter
In the Frequency Spinbox for Effect>EQ and Filters>Notch Filterit allows me not to enter more then one digit.
Closing remarks
If I find more Time to check the other tools, i may add these Bugs here.
