Having issues. The backing stereo track ( Track 1) is bleeding onto the track ( track 2) I want to play my guitar solo over.
How can I stop this?

If you’re using a microphone to record your guitar then acoustic-feedback from the headphones is a possible source of bleed : sound leaking from the headphones is picked up by the microphone.
Possible solution : over-ear headphones which stop the sound leaking out …
