Blank gap at the beginning of an audio track[SOLVED]

Hi

I have several files that I want to put a 3 second (blank) gap in at the beginning of each one. Can anyone tell me how to do this please?

  1. File menu > Import > Audio (Import a file)
  2. Home button (move cursor to start of track)
  3. Generate > Silence
  4. File menu > Export (export to a new file)
