Bit Rate - ACX Standards

Hello, my client keeps getting the response below when he uploads my files to ACX. I have run the ACX test on all my files and they pass the test. I have also changed the bit rate when exporting the file to MP3. However, he is still getting the message below. Please help… thank you in advance.

  1. Bit Rate. Value: 131. File is encoded below 192 Kbps. Re-encoded the original source audio of this file using a bit rate of 192 Kbps or higher. Read our encoding guide for further guidance.

  2. Bit Rate Method: Value: VBR. File is not encoded in constant bit rate (CBR). Read our encoding guide for further guidance.

If you are using the current version of Audacity those options pop-up in the Export window.

After selecting MP3:

Bit Rate Mode = Constant.
Quality = 192kbps (or higher).
