Bit confused about ACX check. It says pass but some don't match up with ACX site requirements

Peak level: 0.660012 (-3.6 dB) … Passes ACX
RMS level: 0.078558 (-22.1 dB) … Passes ACX
NoiseFloor: 0.000359 (-68.9 dB) … Passes ACX
RMS (A): 0.038496 (-28.3 dB)
NoiseFloor (A): 0.000153 (-76.3 dB)
DC offset: -0.000066%

Clip meets ACX requirements

Length of selection: 192.131 seconds.
8472987 samples at 44100 Hz.

For instance, from ACX “Each file must have a noise floor no higher than -60dB RMS.” But don’t I have a one higher? Obviously I am very new to this so any advice would help.

Everybody gets stuck with this.

Since they are negative numbers your noise is lower (more negative) than the ACX limit.

I stopped using “higher” and “lower” in my descriptions in favor of Louder and Quieter.
