There are programs (apps) called tag editors which allow you to add artwork to audio files.
Some are free, e.g. “mp3tag”, (which, despite the name, is not limited to mp3 files).
Is in French, not Chinese. Get better eyes and brain, Google Translate or ChatGPT and will tell the language more accurately.
