How many beats are in that selection?
For my case, I don’t need to know, I was expecting whether a plugin can detect the beats and calculate the bpm accordingly. I just want to select a part of a long recorded set and find out the bpm of this portion…

I’m working on my own method for this. I set up a 90bpm rhythm track and set up 1000 label, situating them beneath every beat. It aint exactly exact. Now I’m going to export labels, print them and sdo the calculations by hand on a calculator filling in the correct numbers. I can then go back to the file and correct the numbers. Lots and lots of work. But when one file is done, I can do calculations in the margins for other bpm tracks to be used in other projects. I don’t have to set up all of the lables but ony update the jumbers in the column.
