I have a multi track recording, and somehow 1 track has shifted, it still starts at the right time, but when I export as wav, it does not include the few seconds in front that is missing. Can someone tell me how to het it back? Here is a pic:

If the track starts at the right time, wouldn’t it automatically include the first few seconds?
Is it that the track looks like it starts at the right time but the audio drops out until a few seconds into it, even though Audacity is displaying a waveform? That happens if you project data gets screwed up or if you move / rename / delete a file that you imported into an Audacity project.
I’m not sure that’s the problem you’re having though, can you clarify?
