Audio from videos has some jumping/cutting areas

I use Audacity 3.6.3 with Ubuntu Studio 24.04.3 LTS.

When I open a video (whatever the format or source), I get some random audio jumping or cut very small areas, in other words: lost data.

I’ve had to convert those videos to audio with other app ( WinFF) and, then use it with Audacity.

But, I doesn’t happened with Ubuntu 20, or 22.

I guess this behaviour started with the PipeWire starting to be used.

How can I fix it? ???

Do you think it could be worth trying the AppImage version of 3.7.5 to see if that is any better?

Please, Sorry!!! It was my fault, I wrote wrong number. It is Audacity 3.7.3. I will erase the question and I will download and test the last version.
