Hi

I import PCM to audicity, but show to me high noise
I don’t know why, please check attachment

We make “Audacity” not “audicity”. Please tell us your version of Audacity and Windows (see the pink panel at the top of the page).

If your file imports as noise it probably isn’t really a WAV file. To find out what audio format is actually in the file you can download “MediaInfo” from MediaInfo - Download MediaInfo for Microsoft Windows. Get the version without installer, because the installer may have malware or adware.
