Audiacity 3.5 Features

I just updated to 3.5. Did I miss any of the following:

a) Project Notes. To write down notes related to the project. It is obvious why this is very important discipline.

b) Ability to Enable/Disable Mute/Unmute clips. (Effectively keeping them intact in place, but not rendering them in the Output).

c) (non destructive) Fade In/Out Enable/Disable for clips.

Appreciate any pointers to the above.
If they are not yet IN, I request and hope that these make it into next release.
