Please post your “Audio Device Info” (See: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/help_menu_diagnostics.html)

Also, in your Device Toolbar: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/device_toolbar.html, try changing your Audio host between MME and Windows WASAPI and Windows DirectSound. See if you can select all four recording channels with one of them selected.

If not, you may have to use ASIO to see all four channels. Audacity does not “ship” with built in with ASIO support, however it must be compiled in. See https://forum.audacityteam.org/t/asio-support-in-audacity-2-4-2/57964/13

There are other Windows software packages that do support ASIO. I believe cakewalk, for example, is free and supports ASIO.

I hope this helps.

Hello!

These channels are disabled by default. First, close the Audacity window if it is open. Then click on the Focusrite icon in the Windows system tray and choose “Expose / Hide Channels” option. A small pop-up window will open with the list of available input and output channels. Then, just check it to activate and click “OK”.
