please can anyone help or have an idea what the problem is?
On my PC/Win 10, the latest version of Audacity 3.6.1 does not work with the latest plugin v3.6.1-R3.1-64bit-OpenVINO-AI, effect Music separation.
The separation starts and lasts for 10 seconds, but is interrupted with the error “Music separation failed”.
Error log is bellow.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling Audacity and the plugin, but the result is the same and bad.
On another newer Win11 computer with the same installation files for Audacity and plugin separation works correctly.
The solution is to get a newer Win11 computer?
I found a lot of problems like this on the forums, but no solution that could help.
Any help is welcome, because the effect of separation of music is very interesting for us music amateurs. Thank you in advance.

Try this…because I was stumped as well:
Open Audacity and under the Effects tab there should be an option that says Get AI Effects.
Click on that and the website will open with the version you need. Follow the instructions on the page(very small and easy to follow)and it should work after that. Just did it less than a minute ago and everything is working again. Cheers, Creators!!
I have uninstalled everything and tried the procedure you described: “Effects tab/Get AI Effects”.
The result on my win10/Core-2 Duo computer is still negative because there is obviously some problem.
Is your computer Win11 or Win10?
I did the same process with the same installation files on another Win11 computer and everything works normally.
I am just installing the latest cumulative update for win10, so after the installation/reset of windows I will try to repeat the reinstallation/installation procedure of Audacity/v3.6.1-R3.1-64bit-OpenVINO-AI-Plugins once more.
On the Audicity forums, the error reported by the program is sometimes associated with a dll dependencies error or if there is no dll file on the disk.
However, if the installation was done properly and some dll files are not visible for Audacity or they are not on the disk, I don’t know how I could fix the situation.
On win10 pro/22H2 R3.1-64bit-OpenVINO-AI-Plugin still not working!
Does anyone know how to get rid of the error “failed to load shared library, error 126: the specified module could not be found” for avformat-55.dll and up to avformat-61.dll?

According to traces on the net, I installed FFmpeg_5.0.0_for_Audacity_on_Windows_x86_64.exe and some missing file errors disappeared.
The error log now looks like this:

So there are still error 126 with files ‘avformat-60.dll’ and ‘avformat-61.dll’! Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
In the meantime, I installed the same installation on an older i3/win10 laptop and everything works without problems.
Now I suspect that two dll-s avformat-60.dll and ‘avformat-61.dll - for that Audaciti is reporting error 126 - may not be compatible with Core2Duo running win10 on my old computer.
