Greeting,
Have been using Audacity for some time and now issue with it not recording.
I have tried everything on this planet . Nothing.
1 Reset to factory default.
deleted the audacity.cfg
Nothing works.
I have been using almost 2 years.
Have tried going back to previous versions. Nada.
Would appreciate anyone - anyone who have an answer how to solve this.
You don’t mention what operating system you are using, but I am going to assume it is Windows.
There are numerous posts on this forum about a random Windows update that causes the permission for Audacity to use a microphone to be reset, so the permission has to be given again in order for Audacity to use it.
