Audacity V3.x with FFmpeg installed hangs up when save a project under multi-language windows 10

Hello, when i save the project, the program hangs up.

Audacity Version : Audacity 3.3.3 for windows x64
FFmpeg Library Version : F(59.16.100), C(59.18.100), U(57.17.100)
Downloaded from https://lame.buanzo.org/FFmpeg_5.0.0_for_Audacity_on_Windows_x86_64.exe
OS : Windows 10 x64 22H2 Build 19045.3155 (Traditional Chinese Version)

This problem happened when i switch windows input method to chinese input method, then save a project or export a mp3 file.

It is good if i remove FFmpeg library.
It is good when I useing adacity-win-2.4.2.exe + FFmpeg-win-2.2.2.exe
