Audacity stops responding when exporting as OGG

I have audacity-win-3.2.2-x64. i open audacity after this open mp3 and export it how ogg, but after clicking save when i export as ogg audacity always not responding. My system is Windows 11

Does it work with other formats, such as exporting as WAV?
Where exactly are you exporting to, and what is the full and exact name you are using for the exported OGG file?
