Audacity Plugins Not Showing in Effects

I have installed the Desser and Declicker Plugins which show enabled in the Audacity Manager. However, the plugins will not show in Effects in the newer Audacity 3.7. I have closed out a few times from Audacity. I have also rescanned. What else can I do without having to reset and start all over?

I just found them in n/ a ! Wheew what a relief. Thank You!!! For the setting in Desser, would - 20 or -22 be best in Desser for threshold? For someone like me who has Extreme sibilance? Would love advice on settings, please.

Updated De-Clicker and new De-esser for speech

[In Arnold Schwarzenegger voice] Behold … the Desibilator, (attached). This ‘desibilator’ plugin is Paul Licameli’s ‘DeEsser.NY’ just with different default-settings, different slider-ranges, & has tips added to the UI. Previously the default frequency-range was not wide enough: it stopped at 8kHz, (now 13kHz). Previously the “number of bands” slider went up to 1000 , when <5 bands is generally sufficient, and >50 will freeze/crash Audcaity. So this variant of Paul-L’s de-esse…
