Finally found a Drag and Drop fix for Audacity on Windows 10!

Don’t know why this works but it does.

Right click audacity.exe
Select Properties
Go to Compatibility tab
Click on “Change Settings for All Users”
Uncheck run this program as administrator
Click Apply
Click OK

Close Audacity
Reopen and Drag n’ Drop works again!

That should not be enabled anyway. As with virtually all other programs, Audacity should be run as a normal user. You only need to run the installer as an administrator or give administrative permission for the program to be installed.
