Audacity does not have ogg mp3 or other stuff

I have been having problems with audacity for options of exporting something all it is audacity project no OGG no MP3 or other stuff. please help

Make sure you are using Audacity 2.0.3 supplied by us. You can get it here:
http://audacityteam.org/download/ .

Then use the File > Export command which opens a File Export Dialog where you can export to various formats.

To export to MP3, you will need to add the LAME MP3 encoder to your computer. To find out how to do that, please see http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/faq_installation_and_plug_ins.html#lame .

I have Lame installed and it still is the same

What is still the same?

Put some audio in the project window - record something or import a file you want to edit.

Then take your mouse, click File at top left, then move your mouse straight down the File menu and click on Export… . Alternatively, hold down CTRL and SHIFT on your keyboard, then press E on your keyboard, then release all three keys. Describe for us what happens then.
