Audacity Crashes Using iZotope and Some Waves Plugins

Does anyone else have this problem? Some iZotope VST and VST3 plugins and Waves plugins cause Audacity to crash on playback, making it unusable. Using 3.7.3 on a Mac M1.

These plug-ins don’t officially support Audacity so they may not work, or may not work completely or correctly. Very few commercial plug-ins support Audacity and with free plug-in’s it’s usually just hit-or-miss with no specifically-supported hosts.
