Every time when dragging a file in Audacity work window OR during multiple exporting !! Audacity exporting window remain active, and literally I can’t work on PC keep jumping in front other windows !! so turn out that I need to wait all this time instead of doing other work on PC !!?? How to fix this ?! Why program can’t do saving in background !???

Yes you have to wait until Audacity has finished importing. That’s just how it is.
I used to grumble about that too, because I regularly need to import a 3 hour long audio file.
Then I got a new computer with a SSD and now I grumble a lot less.

Really this is the “solution” ?!? or you just can’t handle the real problems of such popular software and pretending that its perfect and whoever say something you shut them down ?!?? this is how i see this !!
Typing in ALL caps is widely considered the equivalent of shouting. Not only that it makes the text HARDER to read because it’s too intense. There is plenty of document design ‘science’ to back this up.
Such a strong reaction is more of a reflection of you than the people trying to help: the people on the forum are other users NOT programmers. I get you don’t like the way it works, I don’t either, but there are millions of bigger things to worry about. The solution is to persuade the developers to change Audacity, write your own program or use something else that works for you.

? ?? I use NVMe 3.0 SSD since 2016 !! now I have 4 NVMe +3 SATS SSD !! no HDD in my PC !! 2h audio loading in 17 seconds !! The problem is it why do we have such issues in generally !! why it cannot (or more like nobody want) to be fixed !?

fair point ! especially this is a free program !! However! I brought this problem more than a year ago but nobody really is interested !! On top of that I don’t understand why lots of people don’t like criticism when is justified ?! my criticism is about a problem which really directly affecting the work I do ! why dev would not be interested to solve it and make this program more perfect ?!!? But i already know the answer ! this type of issues I hade with different soft and dev behave in the same way !!They don’t really care about users opinions! I guess U right here dev and most of user are happy with they have and not bothered, but for people like me who paying attention to details I guess we have to develop our own soft !! I’ll tell you more I found an alternative over the time (Acoustica Audio editor) but its different complex and do have some small issue !! and despite the price developers told me personally they don change anything at the moment even though you paying money for it !! so very disappointing when dev are not interested in making the soft better !!
and even worse when someone defending a existing problem !
