Audacity 4. Not able to record sound that is coming to my headphones. Same settings work in Audacity 3

When i use Audacity 3. Choosing windows WASAPI, playback device → headphones (pro X), recording device-> headphones(pro X) loopback . everything works. i can play spotify and record the sound.

But in Audacity 4 everything else works except headphones (proX). When starting to record nothing is recording. It is moving but no sound. No bars indicating that there is sound.

if a change playback device to monitor…or soundcard. and change to corresponding recording device it works, But with awful sound as the monitors speakers are crap.

Why does it work with same settings in Audacity 3 but not in 4?
