I’ve used audacity 3 with no problems in the past, but since moving to version 4 beta, and then version 4 proper it has done nothing but freeze and lag. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing has changed. I’ve been through a load of alterations with deleting files but nothing seems to work. Anyone know how to help? At the moment it is pretty unusable. It’s turning a half hour job into about four hours work.
