Hi support team, I am using Audacity 4.0 on a Mac. My project suddenly hit a “Connection to project file is null” error, and the project completely vanished from my Mac’s local directories. The raw audio data successfully uploaded to my Audio.com dashboard, but it is completely flattened into a single, pushed-together track. I have lost all of my broken-down clips and editing boundaries. Is it possible for a moderator or developer to look at the server backend or cloud save logs to restore the previous .aup4 cloud state for this project so I can get my clip boundaries back? Thank you!
