audacity 3.4.2 impossible to change pitch without speed

Hi, I would like to change pitch on an audio file without changing the speed on audacity 3.4.2

unfortunaly there is only “change pitch and speed” that deals only with speed of vynil

=> it is IMPOSSIBLE to Convert C major into A major without changing speed
it is IMOSSIBLE to change speed while conserving pitch

=> how can I get back the change only pitch on lastest versions of audacity

how to have this effect back?

Effects Change Pitch will change the Pitch only but it shortens the track slightly and fades in (tapers) the start of the track…

I think Change Pitch may be OK for large wav music files etc, but for small Audacity Tone generated files it shortens them and fades in the start
