Hey there,
like many other people I recently watched tantacruls video and got very excited about the future of Audacity.
I was motivated to design a simplified logo, that sticks relatively close to the original and is still very recognizable, but takes some modern design cues from the Musescore logo.

Also tried how it looked in the macOS Dock. I think It looks pretty neat
