Analyze: Silence Finder is missing?

I am using Audacity 2.0.3 on Windows 7.

I digitized an LP and when I went to break it into separate tracks I noticed there is no “Analyze: Silence Finder button”.
All I see is Contract, Plot Spectrum and Find Clipping.

Am I missing something?

Edit > Preferences, choose Effects on the left, put a check (tick) in “Nyquist”, click OK then restart Audacity.

If that does not help, reinstall Audacity from http://audacityteam.org/download/windows .
