I was wondering how can make an effect like Zestail for my voices. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_A5mPtNUXkM this is the character I’m talking about. ( he apears in 00:00:12 )
I tried to play with reverb and echo settings but didn’t get the relevant result. I mean that scary calm noise before the main voice is hearable. You know… I’m a bit new to audacity.
How can I do such a thing?
That’s “reverse reverb” :
reverse the track, apply reverb, then reverse it again so it’s back to the right way around.
They may also have used AutoDuck to make the speech clear: attenuating the reverb when the person is speaking.
