i was looking for a way to copy control points made with the envelope tool to another track, i found the plugin ‘dynamic mirror’ that came from the post linked here, but the obsolete version (the latest version says page not found when i try to download it) only seems to copy the amplitude of the audio file itself, and not the control points made using the envelope tool
if what i’m saying doesnt make sense, let me know and ill try to explain it better.

I don’t think that’s possible in Audacity.
A workaround: create a control track, then use it as an envelope template.
Control track: generate a 20kHz* sine tone at constant amplitude 1.
Apply your custom envelope to it with envelope tool , and mix-down.
Then use that track with “dynamic mirror” plugin in envelope-follower mode to force its envelope on other tracks.
( * 20kHz is too high-pitched to hear so you don’t deafen yourself, as it’s 0dB loud ).
Even with Smart Clips enabled? Isn’t something like this the reason for Smart Clips?
