192 Bit Rate

I am new to Audacity and am trying to submit an audiobook I have just competed but I can’t figure out how to get it to 192 bit rate to submit. Can anyone help? :unamused:

We would have appreciated the information from the pink panel at the top of the page.

In recent versions of Audacity (2.1.1 or earlier), assuming you want MP3 export, choose “MP3 Files” when you export, then click the “Options…” button. http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/mp3_export_options.html

I presume that you mean “192 kilobits per second MP3” (192 kb/s or 192 kbps)?
If so, then as Gale wrote, click the “Options” button in the Export dialog and select “constant” in the "bit rate mode, then select 192kbps as the “quality”.
Note that if you require mono, you must ensure that all tracks in your Audacity project are mono.
