Frequency Change Question

Hi,


I am on a Mac (10.6.8) and I cannot change the frequency by copy paste or anything…please help. Are there other settings i need to keep into account? Such as file (mp3, aiff, m4a etc. They are standard on 44100 HZ, do i need to change that?

Are there any other instructions?

What do you mean? Why should “copy paste” change the frequency of anything?
What are you trying to do?
How are you trying to do it?
