I try it download with FDM but it says unknown network related error. and when i tried to download with browser it will be downloaded some blank zip file that cant be opened or extract
The download location does not support download managers. You have to download with a normal web browser by left clicking on the download link (as described in the instructions: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/installing_and_updating_audacity_on_windows.html#winlame)
Yeah I already tried to download directly with browser but it will just download some blank zip that I cant open or extract
Perhaps you need to clear your web browser cache.
I’ve just tested the link that you posted and it is working fine.
