Making longer silent places

Hello
I would need a plugin that finds silent places longer than 1s and increases them to 5s.
There is a effect - truncate silence. This effect can make silent places shorter but I need silent places longer.

There’s a plugin for Audacity which makes silences longer : ExtendSilence.ny
