Comparing and shifting audio records from different microphones

Hello,

I’m recording an audio source with different microphones and recorders. Later I have to cut and synchronize all tracks. Actually, I do it manual — I change to spectrogram view and looking for similar peaks/waveforms in spectrum and cut some milliseconds/seconds from recordings.

Maybe there are some another option to do it automatically? Can you help me, please? Thank you!
